Hunan Jiali Plastics Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004 with registered capital of RMB 10 million. We are located in the Li County Economic Development Zone, Changde, Hunan, adjacent to National Highway 207. The campus covers about 70.5 mu of land and 49,300 m² of buildings, with annual capacity around 200 million woven bags and 3,000 tons of recycled plastic pelletizing.

We operate modern woven-bag and printing lines with color printing, laminating and finishing capability. Products serve rice, animal feed, flood control and chemical packaging markets across more than ten provinces in China.

Customers and partners include central SOEs such as COFCO and Sinograin, regional salt groups, and listed companies such as Jinjian, New Hope, Tongwei and Haid Group.

Quality and EHS systems follow GB/T 8946-2013, ISO 9001 and ISO 14000. We aim to balance economic performance with environmental responsibility as a regional manufacturing leader.
